Compliance & how to complain
How we handle regulatory obligations, and what to do if you're unhappy with how we've handled your data.
Data protection complaints
If you're unhappy with how we've handled your personal data, email help@auditme.uk with "Data complaint" in the subject line. We'll acknowledge your complaint within 30 days and work with you to resolve it. If you're not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), the UK's independent regulator for data rights.
Regulatory scope
As Auditme.uk's full product develops, we design it to work alongside UK GDPR, FCA rules (where relevant to a customer's sector), IR35, the EU AI Act, Companies House duties, and the Data (Use and Access) Act 2025. Where our own report-writing uses AI, we'll disclose that clearly at the point you receive it, in line with EU AI Act transparency requirements.
