Auditme.uk is a subsidiary of Kavas Global Limited, registered in England & Wales. We are the data controller for the information collected on this page. We are registered with the Information Commissioner's Office, registration reference ZC196014. Contact: help@auditme.uk.

What we collect and why

If you submit the email capture form on this page, we collect your email address and the type of business you select, for one purpose: to let you know when Auditme.uk launches. We do not collect any other personal data through this form. This page also uses cookie-free analytics and, only if you accept our cookie banner, Meta advertising cookies - see our Cookie Policy for full details.

Our legal basis

We rely on your consent, given when you submit the form. You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing us and asking to be removed - we'll action this promptly and confirm once it's done.

Where your data is held

Form submissions on this page are processed by our website hosting provider. Once our audit product goes live, this data will migrate to a secure database hosted in the EU. We do not currently share your email with any other third party. A full list of the processors we use is available on request by emailing help@auditme.uk.

How long we keep it

We keep your email until we launch and you've either engaged with our first email or asked to be removed, whichever comes first - in any case no longer than 24 months from signup.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, or export the personal data we hold about you, and to object to or restrict how we use it. To exercise any of these, email help@auditme.uk.

We are registered with the Information Commissioner's Office as a data controller, registration reference ZC196014. You can check this on the ICO's public register.
